Mr. Iwata as Mii Swordfighter

I will miss seeing Mr. Iwata's name scroll by at the end of my games. I will miss his goofy poses during the directs. I will miss all the photos of him and Miyamoto smiling together. I will miss the amazing Iwata Asks interviews. It's pretty rare to get choked up over the passing of a big business CEO, but here we are. I was really bad at games when I was a kid, but Kirby always made me feel like I could do anything. It was Kirby Superstar that really got me into drawing fanart and my game wouldn't exist without it. While game development is certainly a team effort, Satoru Iwata was a big part of what made my childhood. He was also a smaller part of many, MANY other games that I've loved over the years. I hope I've done him justice with this piece.
